Arisan-Q is an app for managing private arisan groups, members, payments, announcements, attendance, and group administration. The app is intended for adult users and is not directed to children under 13. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
1. Prohibited Content and Conduct
Arisan-Q prohibits any content, behavior, or use of the app involving:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or sexual exploitation of minors.
- Grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or solicitation involving minors.
- Sharing, requesting, storing, or promoting sexual content involving minors.
- Any attempt to use group chat, announcements, profile photos, or other app features for child exploitation.
2. Reporting and Response
Users who encounter child safety concerns should immediately contact the group treasurer or app administrator and the developer contact listed on the Arisan-Q Google Play listing. Reports should include relevant details such as group name, date, user name, and a description of the concern.
When we become aware of potential CSAE/CSAM activity, we may remove the content, restrict access, preserve relevant information where legally appropriate, and report to relevant authorities or reporting organizations as required by applicable law.
3. Moderation and Enforcement
Arisan-Q groups are private and administered by their group treasurer. Group administrators are expected to remove inappropriate content, restrict offending users, and escalate serious child safety concerns. The developer may take further action when reports are received through official developer contact channels.
4. Data and Safety
Arisan-Q stores group data such as names, WhatsApp numbers, profile photos selected by users, chat messages, announcements, and attendance responses for group administration. These features must not be used to upload, share, or distribute illegal or harmful content.
5. Compliance
Arisan-Q complies with applicable child safety laws and Google Play policies. We review reports of child safety concerns and cooperate with appropriate legal or safety reporting processes where required.
